Reiki I: Awakening the Healer

The Reiki I Course invites opportunities for transformation, growth, reflection, insight, and internal wisdom. It is for those who are willing to go deep with an open mind and heart to unlock their intuitive healing abilities. The initiation into Reiki is a profound step on a journey into your own powerful and beautiful healing. 

Coming from a perspective of earth-based spirituality, while also honoring the sacred lineage of Reiki, I bring both tradition and ritual into every class. Each session is unique and rich with opportunities to connect more meaningfully with yourself and the spirit of energy healing. The five-week session includes three Reiki attunements, the history and lineage of Reiki, training in how to perform Reiki on the self and others, a 21-day spiritual cleanse, Reiki meditations, introduction to the Chakra system, deep sharing, and a few sprinkles of magic! There will be some home practice and reflection to be completed each week, so be sure you are able to make space for this in your life. 

At the end of the course, students who have attended ALL five classes and completed the coursework will receive a certificate for achieving Reiki Level 1 and will be prepared to perform Reiki on themselves and others.

Reiki II is for those who want to delve more deeply into their own healing journey AND grow their capacity as healers.

In this course you will:

  • Unlock more possibilities of Reiki when you receive and learn how to use 3 powerful Reiki symbols.

  • Intimately explore the Reiki precepts as they transform you from the inside out.

  • Learn more about giving Reiki to others and working with clients.
